Frequently Asked Questions

Please review Ink Station Creations, shop policies prior to placing your order. Please contact me at inkstationscreations@gmail.com if your questions are not answered here.

Type of Sticker Paper: Ink Station Creations stickers are printed on a high quality premium matte paper. Most types of pens can be used on this paper. Sticker are not able to be repositioned once they have adhered. 

Can I place a Custom Order? We are not taking custom orders at this time. Small changes to designs already offered (personalization or simple color changes) may be able to be accommodated. Please email me at Inkstationcreations@gmail.com prior to your order to see if special request can be filled. Any orders with special request not approved prior will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. 
Digital Downloads: Please note these are for personal use only. They may not distributed for free or resell in either their digital or printed form. Purchase doesn't transfer copyright.
Shipping Time Frames: All Ink Station Creation items are handmade in house once your order is place. Stickers: Normal shipping times 5-8 business days. Notebooks: 7-14 business days. Current shipping time frame is always listed at the top of our main page. Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

Domestic Orders All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and have an estimated delivery of 3-8 Business Days. Please note current processing time for order fulfillment is always displayed at the top of the webpage.  These timeframes do not include holidays or weekends. All orders come with tracking, which will update within 24-48 hours of shipment.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

I need to cancel my order: Orders can be canceled if it has not been processed yet. Please contact me via email at InkStationCreations@gmail.com as soon as possible as orders are processed quickly.

Returns: We don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if there is an issue with your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address: If your order has already been processed then I am unable to update the shipping address. 

I have missing or damaged items in my order:  If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email your order number/full name/photo of damaged items and description of issue to InkStationCreations@gmail.com

Coupons/Promo Codes: Coupons codes are not allowed to be used during sales, orders using coupons during sales will be canceled. We are unable to apply a discount after an order has been submitted. Multiple coupons/promo codes are unable to be used.
